Description
Goaltending Camp is designed to assist goalies to focus on their Position Specific Movement (PSM) which will create a solid base and working habits for the player. Core technical abilities inclusive of puck blocking, rebound control, proper recovery, etc. are all addressed during the four-day camp.
This camp includes six hours of on-ice specialized goaltending training with the first 30 minutes of each session dedicated to PSM, while the other 60 minutes focuses on goaltender-specific drills.
4 coaches on ice. Maximum of 3:1 goalie to instructor ratio.
4 nets on the ice, 4 stations daily.
Atom – Midget (exceptions for Novice dedicated goalies)
Maximum of 12 goaltenders.
