Description
This is the second year running this camp. It is 5 days, 3.75 total hours (45 minutes per day) of skating development, via ABC: Agility, Balance and Coordination. This camp is a preliminary camp to Stride Development. It is designed for initiation-atom players.
The ability to skate is the single most important skill a player can possess. If you can skate, you can play anywhere. But if your player struggles with moving freely and with balance on the ice, this camp develops a players confidence on their edges.
My team will challenge your player to do multiple movements on the ice to improve on their base skating skills.
Hockey-ready position, 1 foot glide, 2 foot glide, introduction to their edges (flat, outside and inside), up downs, pivots, forward to backward, 360s, jumping over obstacles, sliding under obstacles, etc.
This is a super fun camp for kids and will strengthen their skating skills.
Don’t miss this camp! A complimentary GT Hockey jersey included!!
